In December 2015 Mobile Operator TelCell filed a complaint at St. Maarten’s Telecom Regulator Bureau Telecommunications and Post St. Maarten (BTP) concerning potential interference that is affecting their Mobile Network and causing difficulties to their customers in using data services and making and receiving mobile calls.
